
Three weeks into this and quite pleased!

I've been
doing my best to master this plan for three weeks. I don't
think I am perfect but I am eating much less than I used to.
I do not have the courage to get weighed. I have started so
many programs and felt hopeful then gotten weighed and lost
NOTHING!
I am seeing
a great difference in my clothing. My bra fits, I'm not pooching
out of the top of it anymore. My chin is single again, the
pouch under my chin on my neck is gone. My pants are loose,
hanging off my thighs, my spare tire is one third the size
it was and my hips don't seem to have that pillow on top of
the hip bones they had. I have lots of energy, can stay awake
until 11:00 p.m. instead of collapsing at 8:00p.m..
The most exciting thing for me is that my
cravings for carbohydrates are gone, gone, gone. Sometimes
I think of eating something that would cause cravings but
I don't crave them. I can't believe it. I don't feel deprived.
I feel satisfied and look forward to my Reward Meal every
day.
