Crop pants delight

I just thought I would share this with all of you. Last year I purchased a pair of crop pants (clam diggers for all us old folks) and never wore them. (size 14)

This evening I put them on to go to Church and guess what - they are too big. I wore them anyway - and felt great.

Just when you think that it is going soooooo slow - the weight loss, something like this happens to you and you feel like shouting YES!!!!

Still have no appetite - and did not plan any dinner for myself. When I got home from Mass, DH had made me a salad with sliced ham and I managed to eat it all.
