dried tomato mushroom vinaigrette

6 sun-dried
tomatoes (not packed in oil) snipped with scissors into small
pieces.

cup boiling water

- 7 ounce can of mushroom stems and pieces drained and chopped.

cloves minced garlic (do not use garlic salt)
1/2
cup extra virgin olive oil

cup canola oil
1/4
tsp salt
1/4
cup balsamic vinegar
1/4
cup white vinegar
1
TBS sugar twin
1/2
dried oregano powder
Mix all ingredients well and store in an air-tight
container. Shake well before each use. Refrigerate.
This one is really good on steamed veggies
too.
