Ranch Dressing

Dry Dressing Mix

1/2 c dried parsley flakes,
1/4 c dried minced onion
1/4 c garlic powder
1/4 c onion powder
1 T dill weed

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well with wire wisk. Store in airtight container in cool dry place.

To Make the Dressing

Combine 1 T dry dressing mix with

1 c mayonnaise,
1/2 c water,
1/3 c oil, and
2 t vinegar.

Mix well and refrigerate til serving. Makes about 2 cups.
