Mushrooms large white
cream cheese
shredded cheese (whatever you have)
green onion
2 slices of bacon crisp
Wash and pull out the stems of mushrooms.
Chop up stems, put aside. Chop onions, and break up bacon
into bits. Saute onions, mushroom stem, and bacon bits until
mushroom stems are soft. Put cream cheese into pan with bacon
mixture until just melting. Then stuff caps with this mixture,
sprinkle grated cheese and bake in 350 oven for 12-15 minutes,
and voila. Yummy.
