3 cups
shredded green cabbage (with a touch of red)
3
TBS mayo
2
TBS spicy brown mustard
2
TBS lemon juice
3
packets of Splenda
Mix the last four ingredients together and
toss with cabbage. If you're making this for your reward meal
you can add chopped peanuts and carrots, just be sure to count
the carbs.
