Ceasar Dressing

Dry Dressing Mix

1 T dried lemon peel
1/4 t garlic powder
1 t black pepper
2 t oregano
6 T grated Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients in small bowl and store in tightly closed jar in frig.

To Make the Dressing

In screw top jar, combine 1/4 c dressing mix with:

1/2 c oil,
1/4 c vinegar.

Close jar and shake well to blend. Makes about 3/4 cup.
