Bleu Cheese Dressing

2/3 C mayo
2/3 C whipping cream
1/4 cup buttermilk
1-1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar twin
1 - 4 ounce package crumbled bleu cheese

Whisk all together except for the cheese. Stir in cheese then put half the mixture in a blender and blend until smooth. Remix with the other half and refrigerate.
