
Toasted
Almonds

When you
are looking for a crunchy snack, try roasting almonds in the
oven for 15 minutes at 350. I don't even salt, but you could.
I use one of the pizza stone pans, and I don't even turn them.
Cool them,
and put in a ziplock or other sealed container; a handful
of these works as breakfast, a snack, or whatever, and it's
got tons of fiber, and they get SWEET when toasted.
