
Pesto
Baked Oysters
(Raquel - raque2000)
24 oysters,
shucked
1/2 cup pesto
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
*Note:
you'll need baking shells for this dish. Also, you can either
use store-bought pesto or you can make your own.
Preheat
oven to 375. Place one or two oysters on each shell. Top with
1-2 teaspoonfuls of pesto. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until the oysters curl slightly
at the edges. Serve immediately.
