Funky Chicken

Grill boneless/skinless chicken breast until done. Spread a thin layer of sweet/hot mustard on breasts Melt slice of swiss cheeese over top While cheese is melting or before (LOL), cook up 2-3 slices of bacon and sautee some mushrooms. When cheese is melted. place chicken on a plate and top with bacon and mushroom! TOTALLY TERRIFIC!!
