Cream Cheese Chicken

Mix 2 tablespoons of cream cheese with a pinch of onion powder, pinch of garlic powder and pinch of salt and pepper. Pound out two B/S chicken breasts. Spread cream cheese mixture onto chicken, roll up chicken into bundles Dunk in either soy flour or reg flour, dip in a beaten egg, and then back in flour. Cook until well done in chicken broth or oil! VERY TASTEY...but not much to look at!
