chicken breasts (boneless/skinless) Cook
in chicken broth (or oil, but I used broth to cut cal's) until
completely done.
Cover
with Dijon mustard (probably about 1/4 cup) Squirt a little
lemon juice on top (approx. 1 tablespoon) Sprinkle with parmesean
cheese...heat until cheese melts! EAT!! Nummmmmmy!
