Plum Liqueur #1

1 pound
fresh plums, either cut up or used whole
3 cloves
1/4" piece of cinnamon stick or pinch of cinnamon
1 cup Splenda
2 cups vodka
Place
cut up plums and pits or whole plums (pierce the skins to
the pit) in a jar with flavorings, Splenda, and vodka. Be
sure vodka covers plums. Steep 3 months, shaking occasionally
to mix all the ingredients. Strain and filter. Enjoy the fruit
as a dessert as it has been sweetened and has the whole liqueur
flavor
