Homemade Peach Brandy

1-1 1/2 cups peaches (homemade canned)
1 cup Splenda
1 cinnamon stick
several whole cloves
several whole coriander seeds

Add to a quart jar and fill the jar with vodka. Store 2 weeks, strain or drink as is.
