Egg
Foo Yung
(Jacquie - jacquie_99)
Scramble
6 eggs and add a small can of Oriental veggies to the mix.
Cook about a heaping 1/2 cup at a time in a small buttered
skillet. When bottom is set, turn down heat and pop a lid
on - this will make the top set without the tricky turning.
Cool on a rack and store in covered container in fridge.
To eat,
sprinkle with soy sauce and reheat in microwave. They are
great for quick lunches, could even be taken to a dinner party
if you are unsure about the menu.
* Word
of Caution from Raquel:
Most oriental foods contain MSG, MSG can come under many different
names so most times the container doesn't spell it out. MSG
can cause weight gain or, at a minimum, stalls the weight
loss. I limit anything containing MSG to my RM and most times
I really try to stay away from it entirely.
