1/2 can
spinich with the water squeezed out.
a few tablespoons of ricotta.
diced tomato (not too much - borderline veggie).
diced spicy ham or sausage of your choice.
Nuke for
20 seconds or so. Serves one.
I'm one
who does *not* like spinich, but since I know it's good for
me I try to disguise it, usually with cheese, so I can bear
it. This dish actually tastes *good* (meaning no overwhelming
spinich taste even though it's the main ingredient.) And I
was surprised at how full I was on just this and a glass of
water with lemon.
