1.5 lbs ground port
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp sage, ground
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp sherry
1/2 cup scallions, minced
5 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Beat eggs and
add seasonings, Worcestershire, and sherry. Beat well. Add
meats and blend well with hands, then mix in scallions and
cheese and blend well. Place in an oiled meat loaf pan and
bake at 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. let cool for 5 minutes
before slicing and serving.
Makes 6 servings.
