Homemade Soup

1-2 cans broth
2-4 chicken breasts cut up
1 bag frozen green beans
1 can stewed tomatoes (watch these during CM)
1-2 chopped bell peppers
1-2 sliced zucchini
1/2 chopped onion
Garlic, oregano, basil to taste.

Cut up chicken into pieces and simmer on medium heat until chicken is cooked, about 45 minutes to 1-hr. Add veggies and turn down to low for another hour.

I make this at night while I'm cleaning the kitchen after dinner. It's really good the next day after the spices have had a chance to flavor it and it takes less than a minute to zap in the micro. You can also add corn, carrots and rice or noodles for your RM but I always make the CM friendly version to start.
