2-4 chicken breasts cut up
1 bag frozen green beans
can stewed tomatoes (watch these during CM)
chopped bell peppers
oregano, basil to taste.
chicken into pieces and simmer on medium heat until chicken
is cooked, about 45 minutes to 1-hr. Add veggies and turn
down to low for another hour.
this at night while I'm cleaning the kitchen after dinner.
It's really good the next day after the spices have had a
chance to flavor it and it takes less than a minute to zap
in the micro. You can also add corn, carrots and rice or noodles
for your RM but I always make the CM friendly version to start.
