Leftover pork roast, steak or chicken or 4-6
ounces pork sliced thin for stir-fry.
1/2 a green pepper cut in strips
3 T chopped onion
6 medium mushrooms (sliced)
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup finely chopped cauliflower
Dash of soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Stir-fry leftover pork roast (or pork strips)
with green pepper strips, onion, mushrooms, and beaten egg.
Throw in the finely chopped cauliflower towards the end, add
a dash of soy sauce, salt & pepper and voila, mock fried
rice -- yummy!
