Italian Dressing

Dry Dressing Mix

1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese,
1 T garlic powder,
1 T onion powder,
1 T paprika,
2 t celery seed,
1 T sesame seeds

Mix all ingredients well and store in airtight container in frig.

To Make Oil & Vinegar Italian Dressing

Combine 1 T dressing mix, 2 T water and 2/3 c oil in screw top jar. Shake vigorously to combine. Store in frig. Makes about 3/4 cup.

To Make Creamy Italian Dressing

Combine 2 T dressing mix, 1/2 c mayonnaise and 2 T water. Blend thoroughly with wire wisk. Store in frig. Makes about 2/3 cup.
