Faux Mashed Potatoes

These are INCREDIBLE!! They are legal for cm and very addictive!

1 head of cauliflower (or one bag frozen)
1/3 - 1/2 pkg of cream cheese (adjust to your taste)
sour cream
butter
salt & pepper

Boil or steam your cauliflower till quite tender. Mash with cream cheese, 1-2 tbsp butter and enough sour cream to get desired consistancy. Add salt and pepper to taste. This recipe can also be used when making a CM shepherds pie.
