up the BBQ. On sheet of aluminum foil, layout a salmon fillet.
Squirt some lemon juice over fillet. Sprinkle with favorite
seasonings and some ground black pepper. Put aluminum foil
"pan" on grill and cook fillet until flakey!
easy and tasty! I'm not a fish eater, but will do this again....it
was good! DH has decided to follow the "Body for Life" diet
plan and it requires him to eat fish about 4 times a week.
Told him I wouldn't cook it for dinner that often, so he'd
have to do tuna for lunch, but I'll do it 1-2 times a week!
