Pizza Burger

You will need a pizza pan or cookie sheet or other pan that has sides otherwise you're going to have a mess in your oven!

Press raw ground beef (the leaner the better) or ground turkey or even a blend into pan until it covers the bottom of the pan completely. Spread lightly with pizza or tomato sauce, or tomato paste or pasta sauce (which ever you like) Sprinkle with Italian seasoning cover with a layer of shredded italian cheese blend additional toppings (sliced olives, veggies etc) are optional

Bake in 375 oven until meat is cooked through. Pizza will shrink significantly when cooking so don't bother to put the toppings all the way to the edge. It will also be ringed by the fat that cooks out of the meat, it can't be easily removed with a turkey baster before serving.

I serve this with a big salad and veggie. The leftovers are good reheated, my dh likes leftovers as a sandwich, I like them for a quick and easy breakfast or lunch (just heat and eat)
