1 tbsp vanilla extract
pkts splenda / or 5 tbsp sugar
saucepan combine cream and extract, heat until warm.
bowl combine egg yolks and splenda, mix well.
Combine everything into saucepan and mix well,
divide into individual over proof dishes or one big one. Place
into a separate oven proof dish filled with 1" water.
Place into oven and cook for 40 - 50 minutes until set.
Some who are sensative to sugar substitute
find it is best to wait til reward meal for this dessert.
